are by-products of the break down of some of the food and drinks we consume daily.


Banana

One banana a day may lower your blood pressure, prevent your arteries from clogging, reduce

you risk of stroke and help keep your heart healthy and strong for a long time.

Banana also contain high fiber content which fill the stomach easily and prevents cravings for

sweet things and it also helps in preventing cancer of the colon.

Banana contains plenty of potassium which is essential for normalizing blood pressure and soothing

the nerves. This makes it have a calming effect on the body. It can easily add to weight gain if taken

in large quantity on regular bases.

Banana would serve as a good source of energy and boost your metabolism as a breakfast

component because of the natural fruit sugar it contains.
